Frederica was brought up to have big dreams! Her dream of owning her real estate company originated when she was employed by John W. Swan Ltd and continued during her career at The Bank of Bermuda and HSBC. Her financial acumen and mortgage experience during her tenure in the banking world now provides her with the knowledge to help people obtain their desire for home ownership. She held many senior positions whilst there including, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Vice President Mortgages and Personal Loans.
In 2009 she established Century 21 Bermuda Properties and hired a diverse sales team with many of them having expertise in other fields such as legal, accounting, surveying, planning and banking. Additionally, Frederica believes in continuing education not only for her team but also the general public. She is passionate about teaching the community on how to acquire their own homes in a straightforward manner and to this end she created a flyer on home ownership acquisition entitled “Eight Steps to Home Ownership”. With the importance of understanding the clients needs clearly at the core of her company, she has created a team who understands the importance of customer service. Frederica has also taught the Real Estate course at Bermuda College.
Currently the Vice President of the Real Estate Board of the Chamber of Commerce, she has served as a member of the Sandys Parish Council and as the International Vice President of the Junior Bermuda Chamber. Married with two adult children, two grandchildren she loves reading, interior decorating, gardening and travelling. Nicknamed “Lucky” in her youth, this good name has proved true.
